I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and I have to give special thanks to Modhi at the front desk. Her professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude truly made a difference in my experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always greeting me with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, this stay was made extra special thanks to the exceptional service provided by Modhi. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Cleanliness, staff, restaurants, main swimming pool Mr. Saud Al Otaibi(سعود العتيبي) solved my issue since night one as I found that there is a mismatch in the pool timings given at Booking compared to the actual timings at the hotel. This caused me to stay rather than leaving directly after checkin. Also, one of the chefs at Madareem restaurant offering the dinner, was really good and all the served items at the dinner buffet were really tasty.

Incredible value for the price! While you'll need taxis to reach your destinations, the warm welcome you receive upon arrival and departure makes a lasting impression. Each check-in or check-out includes local dates and coffee, accompanied by water to quench your thirst. Modi Alharbi, the supervisor at the main reception desk, always greeted guests with a radiant smile and a willingness to assist that far surpassed expectations. Her helpful nature truly added a special touch to the experience, making every interaction feel personal and memorable.

The staff was extremely friendly. I greatly appreciated their kindness during my first visit to Riyadh. I also loved how they provided free Saudi dates! It was exciting trying them for the first time! Also, the food they provided was AMAZING.

Very helpful and welcoming staff (special thanks to Modha from the reception, the team at breakfast and dinner). The buffet at dinner are amazing and very affordable with 25% discount given to guests. The facility overall is astonishing and luxurious. Location is perfect, especially for business travellers, away from the hustle of Riyadh, close to the Riyadh Front, Riyadh convention, Airport and The Business Gate.

The service from staff was exceptional. From the time when I reached out to them (one day before check-in) the response time was good. Communication was clear. Special mention to Shatha in reservations team who dealt with my flight delay and amended the booking as requested. Another special mention to Saud at Reception who understood my issue and was quick to resolve it. I will come back for people like Shatha and Saud who understand how to treat guests properly.

Excellent hotel for a comfortable and quiet stay. The location is excellent because it is located on the airport road, so you can reach many places easily and conveniently. Special greetings to Mr Faisal and Mr Turk at the reception, and also to Mr. Alaa, the manager of Madareem Restaurant in the evening, for the excellent service and brotherly spirit. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the required amenities

I really liked the staff especially the receptionists they are social and polite, Saud in particular told me where I could rent a car and the tourist attractions I really like him and Rahama too she's a lovely person she gave me a copy of the holy QURAN translation. Rahama and Saud for sure makes Madareem hotel a better place.

The Staff was so friendly, specially the ladies in the reception ( Moudhy ) she made upgrade to my room Rooms was big with nice view, corridors was wide with beautiful carpet , breakfast was delicious .
