The service from staff was exceptional. From the time when I reached out to them (one day before check-in) the response time was good. Communication was clear. Special mention to Shatha in reservations team who dealt with my flight delay and amended the booking as requested. Another special mention to Saud at Reception who understood my issue and was quick to resolve it. I will come back for people like Shatha and Saud who understand how to treat guests properly.

Excellent hotel for a comfortable and quiet stay. The location is excellent because it is located on the airport road, so you can reach many places easily and conveniently. Special greetings to Mr Faisal and Mr Turk at the reception, and also to Mr. Alaa, the manager of Madareem Restaurant in the evening, for the excellent service and brotherly spirit. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the required amenities

I really liked the staff especially the receptionists they are social and polite, Saud in particular told me where I could rent a car and the tourist attractions I really like him and Rahama too she's a lovely person she gave me a copy of the holy QURAN translation. Rahama and Saud for sure makes Madareem hotel a better place.

Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of warm dishes, bread, yoghurt, fruits. Eggs in all kinds of styles are made on order. Plenty of choice and all fresh. Large swimmingpool area with a restaurant serving lunch and diner in buffet style. Again with a large selection of local and international dishes incl dessert buffet.

I had an excellent stay at the Madareem Hotel on my latest business trip to Riyadh. The room was spacious and equipped with everything for a comfortable trip. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and attentive throughout my stay. I want to single out Modhi at reception, she was able to check me in early and provided a great welcome experience.

The hotel staff have been excellent and welcoming during my stay. They have been friendly and very responsive to any of my needs. The standout employees who have made my experience positive are Saud, Mohamed, Modhi Al Harbi, and Raneem Al Harbi. They have consistently provided prompt and helpful service. The room is clean, and this hotel deserves a 5-star rating
